This position takes a little more time to deploy than from the mouth.  However, it&#039;s not significant.  Like everything it needs to be practiced.

Per Steve&#039;s recommendation, I purposely balance the usage that I use the long hose at the start and the end of the dive.  These are the most likely times of OOG.</description>
