Deep-Sea Sherpa

I have a good number of old SL4s and wanted to convert these to LED. Following the instructions from ScubaBoard and South West Mafia prove quite successful.

1. Order CREE 2 drop in module.
   1. Cree R2 Drop-In 1-Mode LED Module (3.7V~18V / 26.5mm x 29mm). Item# 11836
2. Wait… shipping’s from HK.
3. Make a spacer
   1. Match the thickness of the body of the SL4 – OD 33mm, ID 26mm, Depth 6mm
   2. Or do not make a spacer and twist the copper wire appropriately.
4. Install batteries backwards, reversing polarity.
5. Enjoy
